S | RailCorp’s annual Safety Convention, delivered under the overarching Safe4All framework, required a new sub-theme and visual system each year to engage employees and reinforce critical safety behaviours across the network. This served as a key platform to promote proactive safety culture, share incident learnings and drive consistent application of safety protocols. |
T | The objective was to translate a dense, compliance-driven brief into a single, clear safety message and cohesive visual system that would resonate equally across three diverse operational audiences — frontline staff, managers and technical teams. |
A | Through close stakeholder collaboration and early strategic planning, the theme “Safety: It’s All About You” was developed, addressing the challenge of reaching three differing target audiences. This placed 'You', individual accountability, at the centre of the safety narrative and was supported by a modular visual identity applied across print, environmental and digital assets. |
R | Delivered successfully for three consecutive years, the campaign became a recognised annual platform that aligned diverse operational teams under a shared standard of personal responsibility, reinforcing behavioural safety expectations across the organisation. |
