McDonald's Europe requested that we design the 2018/19 Birthday Party Programme (BPP). To my delight, my design was chosen from several submitted. Although the design had to be unique, we were to work within the parameters of the McDonald's 'Happy' character style guide and ensure that all pieces would work across the dozens of languages throughout Europe. Recently in 2020 we were very pleased to be informed that the BPP European Programme had been adopted globally and would continue to be used for 2020 and beyond.
